Nourish The Body

A monthly food experimenting group where we visit a traditional, wholesome or medicinal meal we can learn how to cook and benefit from.

We will be breaking down the wisdom in these dishes, how they create health and will support you to make it yourselves.

  • Get involved, learn, taste, enjoy together

  • Once a month in person

  • Whatsapp discussion group

Why do we run these sessions?

Our soil, food and taste buds have been distorted.

Our food is becoming more and more processed and our guts are becoming more and more damaged.

Many chronic conditions begin in the gut and by eating wholesome and gut friendly foods, we can begin to rebuild harmony into our bodies.

You'll Learn:

  • Learn a nourishing meal from scratch

  • Learn what benefits they play in creating health

  • Learn tips and wisdoms traditionally passed down through generations

  • Take part in making, prepping and cooking

  • Take away starting ingredients or something you can practice at home with

  • Become confident in making it for yourself and your family

Session Breakdown:

  • In-person cooking demonstration once a month

  • Last Friday of the month 5-7pm (term time only)

  • Hosted by a skilled cook brought in to deliver the topic

  • Ladies only environment

  • Printed recipe to make your own notes

  • Supporting ingredients or goody bag to take away

  • Whatsapp discussion group
